Help Desk has been established for Chashoti Cloud Burst.

In response to the devastating cloudburst at Chashoti in Kishtwar district, Jammu and Kashmir, on 14 August 2025, the district administration has set up a dedicated Help Desk and Control Room at Gulabgarh Paddar. The facility aims to coordinate rescue, relief, and information services for pilgrims and residents affected by the disaster.

Authorities have mobilized the NDRF, SDRF, Army, local police, and volunteers for ongoing operations in the remote mountainous terrain. The Help Desk provides direct contact with designated officials to ensure timely assistance and coordination.

The administration has urged citizens to use these helplines to report missing persons, request urgent assistance, or coordinate rescue efforts. Relief work will continue alongside the suspended Machail Mata yatra until the route is declared safe for travel.
